Greek Yogurt with Blueberries, Pecans, and Shredded Coconut

Did you get up late today? Well here is an easy breakfast that won’t slow you down to prepare. Enjoy this lovely high protein mix of yogurt, berries, and pecans. I added shredded coconut because it tastes good. Have a nice Sunday!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans ( If you don’t like pecans or are allergic to nuts, use sunflower or pumpkin seeds. They are a good source of protein.)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in bowl and serve.
